Welcome to Tranquility Executives. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, reservation forms, quote requests, and luxury transportation services. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Tranquility Executives provides luxury chauffeur and executive transportation services, including airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, prom and special event transportation, wine tours, group charters, and related transportation services throughout Southern California.
All services are subject to availability, scheduling, vehicle availability, confirmation, and final approval by Tranquility Executives.
2. Reservations and Quotes
Submitting a reservation request through our website does not guarantee a confirmed booking. A reservation is only confirmed once Tranquility Executives contacts you and confirms availability, pricing, vehicle selection, pickup details, and all required trip information.
Pricing may vary depending on service type, vehicle type, pickup location, destination, travel distance, time, duration, event type, demand, tolls, parking, airport fees, wait time, additional stops, gratuity, and other applicable charges.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be provided at the time of confirmation. Depending on the reservation, Tranquility Executives may require a deposit, full payment, or a valid payment method to secure the booking.
Additional charges may apply for overtime, extra stops, waiting time, cleaning, damage, tolls, parking, airport fees, or changes requested after confirmation.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change policies may vary depending on the type of service, vehicle, event, and reservation details. Any cancellation terms provided in your reservation confirmation will control.
We recommend requesting changes or cancellations as early as possible. Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or major changes may result in cancellation fees or loss of deposit.
5. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact information
Treat chauffeurs, vehicles, and company staff respectfully
Follow all safety instructions from the chauffeur
Comply with all applicable laws
Avoid behavior that may damage the vehicle or create a safety risk
Tranquility Executives reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger behaves in an unsafe, illegal, threatening, abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate manner.
6. Waiting Time and Delays
We make every effort to provide punctual service. However, travel times may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, airport delays, security checkpoints, accidents, law enforcement activity, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Additional waiting time may be billed when passengers are delayed beyond the included or agreed-upon waiting period.
7. Airport Transfers
For airport transportation, passengers are responsible for providing accurate airline, flight number, arrival time, terminal, and contact information when requested. We may monitor flight information when available, but we are not responsible for inaccurate flight details, airline schedule changes, airport delays, or passenger delays.
8. Vehicle Availability
We make every effort to provide the requested vehicle type. However, specific vehicles may be subject to availability, maintenance, emergency substitution, or operational needs. If a requested vehicle becomes unavailable, we may provide a comparable replacement when possible.
9. Damage, Cleaning, and Conduct Fees
Customers may be responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, spills, stains, smoking, broken equipment, or other costs caused by passengers during service. Cleaning or damage fees may be charged to the customer or payment method on file.
Smoking, illegal substances, and unsafe conduct are not permitted in company vehicles.
10. Alcohol, Minors, and Special Events
Customers are responsible for ensuring all passengers comply with alcohol laws, age restrictions, venue rules, and event regulations. For prom, school events, youth transportation, and other special occasions, additional rules may apply.
Tranquility Executives reserves the right to refuse transport of alcohol, refuse unsafe passenger behavior, or end service when required for safety or legal compliance.
11. Personal Items
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Tranquility Executives is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or forgotten personal items. If an item is found, we will make reasonable efforts to return it.
12. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website performance, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
All content on the website, including text, images, branding, design, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Tranquility Executives and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
13. No Guarantee of Availability
Website information, vehicle listings, rates, service descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We do not guarantee that all services, vehicles, or rates listed on the website will be available at all times.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tranquility Executives is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
We are not responsible for delays, missed flights, missed appointments, missed events, or losses caused by traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, inaccurate information provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tranquility Executives, its owners, staff, chauffeurs, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your conduct during transportation.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
